I believe in stories.

I believe stories can inspire us to feel more deeply, can make us feel less alone, can give us the courage to be authentically who we are.

I believe stories can crack us open and let us breath again, that they can show us how to hold ourselves and others with compassion and strength.

I believe stories can create a deep map of place that extends beyond our landscape and physical location and ties us to a sense of belonging, a sense of our place in this world.

That is why I write. And that is why I want to share my writing with you.
